We want you to love your signature scent, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery for all eligible fragrances. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for liquid shipping.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
